These medium-speed diesel engines deliver continuous, prime, and emergency standby power featuring high-capacity turbochargers, efficient combustion design, Electronic Common Rail fuel injection system and can be integrated into marine and stationary systems to meet strict emissions levels.
The engines meet the EPA Tier 4 and IMO Tier III emission standards without the use of SCR equipment or any aftertreatment equipment, so urea is not used.
The elimination of SCR, dosing, monitoring equipment and urea storage tanks saves up to 50% space and saves the extra operational costs associated with any additional equipment required to handle urea.
